Chatama McFarland has spent over two decades building the operational frameworks, cross-cultural systems, and leadership infrastructure that most organizations cannot buy and very few people know how to create from the inside. She has led global operational and client strategy initiatives across multinational programs spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

She was appointed directly by a Chief Operating Officer to manage service continuity across the Middle East. She supported initiatives involving over $14 million in identified compliance exposure by rebuilding operational frameworks from the ground up. Throughout her career, she maintained a 97% client retention rate while managing complex multinational relationships across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Today she continues to operate at the intersection of Fortune-level client strategy, vendor accountability, and global compliance across multiple regions.

Amatahc Enterprises is not a pivot. It is the architecture that was always underneath the work.
